Get Ready To TRAVEL - Aqua Lung Zuma BCD

Dear Divers,

I recently purchased a ZUMA BC from MDC Sports because of the great write-ups that I had read this last year.  When I travel I am always looking for a way to make it easier because of all the changes the airlines keep making and
the Aqua Lung ZUMA is one great way to start.

This BC is light-weight and rolls up so small that this year I was able to fit all of my dive gear in my carry on, including my wet suit. It dives just like any other back flotation BC.  It has three dump valves and the weight pouches lock in solid. I truly enjoyed diving in it and for the money it’s the way to go for a Travel BC.

The only thing that I found it to be lacking in was D-rings on the shoulders, but this can easily be remedied by attaching a couple yourself. The D-rings are also available at MDC Sports.

One other thing to carry with you is a tube of Aqua-Seal {Melissa recommends this for every diver's save-a-dive kit}
just in case you were to accidentally puncture the BC. It is made out of a lightweight durable material that can be easily repaired, but like all things it is better to be prepared rather than sorry.

Another item to consider would be installing Aqua Lungs Airsource QD instead of having a regular Octo. I installed my older Airsource on mine and this did two things:

1) it reduced my dive profile by not having another hose hanging around me and

2) it helped further reduce my travel weight.

Talk to Melissa at MDC about her entire travel packaged and LETS GO DIVING.

Sincerely,
